Woman injured in Quincy pedestrian accident

A female pedestrian was recently injured after she was struck by a vehicle in Quincy, an article of Herald-Whig reported on September 3.

Reports coming from authorities stated that 54-year-old Sheila Thomas on September 2 was walking in a pedestrian lane at Sixth and Broadway at around 3:00 p.m. when she was struck by a vehicle. Thomas was transported to Blessing Hospital due to minimal injuries she sustained. Quincy Police later identified the driver as Page Jett, who was charged with failure to yield to a crosswalk.
