At the end of last year, a two-year-old Chicago girl died after being attacked by a dog.
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is conducting an investigation into the death of Jah’niyah White. White was reportedly left unattended while staying at her grandfather’s residence on the 3300 block of East 91st Street.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s autopsy report indicated that she died from a serious head injury related to a dog attack. Investigators stated that neglect was the main contributing factor in White’s death.
The attorneys at Spiros Law, P.C., extend our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of Jah’niyah White.
