Car Crashes Into Home, Injures Illinois Man
A 23 year old Fosterburg man was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a car crashed through his home and landed on him while he was sitting on his couch. Authorities say the incident occurred when a 52 year old man lost control of his vehicle and struck several items on the side of the road before striking an embankment which sent his car flying into the home.
The Alton Telegraph has reported that ice may have played a factor in the crash and that the driver of the vehicle may suffer from epilepsy.
