Man hurt in Chicago garbage truck accident

At least one person suffered injuries in a recent collision between two garbage trucks in the Little Village neighborhood, an article of Chicago Tribune reported on October 26.

Information coming from the Chicago Fire Department revealed that around 11:30 a.m. two garbage trucks collided near Drake Avenue and 31st Street. One of the two truck drivers was transported to a hospital due to injuries. A utility post was damaged by the collision, which resulted in 1,600 households experiencing power loss, including the building of Cook County criminal courts.
