She will be joining Ken Levinson, Mike Neff, and Dan Chamberlain in a discussion about preparing a discovery and preparing yourself and your client for 30(b)(6) depositions. The name of the webinar is Slip & Fall Webinar Series Part III: Discovery & Deposition Tactics and will begin at 2:00 pm on Tuesday for those of you in the Eastern Time Zone.
