UPS truck crashed, 3 injured
A UPS truck crashed with two other vehicles, spilling its packages onto the Reagan Tollway and causing road blockage on October 15.
According to llinois State Police Master Sgt. Sergio Ortiz, the crash occurred on westbound Interstate 88, east of Illinois Route 83 at around 7:15 a.m. The truck fell on its side and the doors of one of its trailers sprung open, spilling its contents on the lanes of the tollway.
Three people were injured in the crash and were rushed to local hospitals for treatment.
The road was cleared at around 10 a.m.
