Danielle E. Cain

Danielle E. Cain joined Spiros Law, P.C. in 2020 and after demonstrating outstanding legal skills, a relentless commitment to her clients, and a strong work ethic, she was promoted to Partner in 2023. Danielle is originally from Champaign and was eager to return home after 8 years of practice in Decatur, IL. Danielle’s practice focuses on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, and medical malpractice.

Danielle obtained her A.A.S. in 2006 from Parkland College and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology in 2008 from the University of Illinois College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Danielle then received her J.D. in 2011 from the University of Illinois College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2011 and is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

Prior to joining Spiros Law, P.C., Danielle had eight years of practice litigating commercial real estate and high-value residential real estate disputes throughout Illinois. In addition to her strong litigation skills, she has a reputation for successfully settling hundreds of cases through mediation and negotiations while ensuring the best outcome possible for her clients. Danielle will never back down from a challenge and is always ready to fight for her clients and obtain judgment in their favor. Danielle also served as a law clerk in the Central District of Illinois Federal Court, where she honed her writing skills and observed many trials under the direction of the Magistrate Judge.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys rescuing cats and dogs, skydiving, and making memories with her children. She has been on the Board of Directors for Genesis Animal Rescue since 2014 and is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters. She has four children that keep her busy when she is not advocating for her clients.
